Help shape Trove
Tell us what your ideal music player does
Trove ships in small, frequent updates, and what goes into the next one is genuinely up for grabs. Feature requests, bug reports, workflow gripes about other players: we read every single one.
Reporting a bug? These make it much faster to fix:
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- your device, its system version, and your Trove version
- a screenshot, if it's something you can see
In Trove 1.5 and later, Feedback sends your report directly over HTTPS. In 1.6, Attach playback log and Attach troubleshooting package are separate switches. The playback log is selected by default; a troubleshooting package must be created and chosen explicitly. Review your choices, then press Send Feedback. A reply email is optional. No Mail account is required. Earlier versions open an email draft.
If submission fails, your message stays in the app. Try again, or use Save Feedback Package and attach the saved package to an email using the button above. It includes your message and your selected attachments.
Troubleshooting recording is off by default and stays local until you choose to share a package. Nothing is submitted automatically. The separate playback log may include track titles, file paths, server addresses and errors. See the app privacy policy before sending.
Your email goes straight to the person building Trove — no ticket system, no autoresponder. Every message is read.
Some people go far beyond a quick note. With their permission, we thank them by name on the Thanks page.
